The online registration process for the admission of students from Class 10 to their first year in engineering diploma programs will begin on Thursday, June 16, and the closing date for applying is July 7. The merit list for the provisional round will be released on July 12, and the mock round for filling in the choice will be held on July 22. The last merit lists will be released at the exact time. From July 22 through 28 the choice filling process will be conducted, and the college allotment for this first round will be announced on August 1.
The Admission Committee for Professional Diploma Courses (ACPDC) announced that students who were assigned colleges must confirm their admission by paying fees from August 1 through 7.

A committee announcement will be made about vacant seats on the 10th of August The second admission round start at the same time. Students will be assigned colleges on the 20th of August during the 2nd round, and they must confirm their admissions before August 25. On August 29, the committee will announce seats that were left unfilled after the completion of the first round.
Six7,000 places are within the State for Engineering Diploma programs. According to sources, last year the committee conducted admissions for 66,804 seats however after the admission process, 25,644 seats were still unfilled.
ACPDC anticipates that this year’s seats won’t be filled up as the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has cut the minimum required marks for eligibility to 33 marks from 35 marks. The committee anticipates that as a result of this change, around 10,000 more students will be able to get admissions.
