Nerolac (Kansai Nerolac Paints) is the largest industrial paint and third-largest decorative paint company in India based in Mumbai. It is a subsidiary of Kansai Paint of Japan. t is engaged in the industrial, automotive, and powder coating business.

CURRENT OPENINGS:

Decorative Sales and Marketing
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree from any of the reputed universities and postgraduate qualifications in management with a specialization in marketing. Over 2 years of experience in sales or marketing in consumer durables, lubricants, paints, or allied industries.
Industrial Sales and Marketing
Requirements: A science or an engineering degree from any of the reputed universities and a postgraduate degree in management with a specialization in marketing. Over 2 years of experience in the industrial sector – B to B sales / technical services at Auto /Auto ancillaries or OEM companies.
Research & Development
Requirements: Research-minded people with academic qualifications in paint technology, chemical engineering, and related subjects with relevant experience.
Finance/ Accounts / Company Secretarial
Requirements: A CA/CS or MBA in finance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Costing
Requirements: In addition to ICWA, if you have some experience in costing in the chemical process industry you will fit our requirement.
Manufacturing/ Central Engineering
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Paints Technology, Chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical engineering, with a minimum of 2 years experience in manufacturing or plant engineering.
Supply Chain / Materials / APO / Purchase
Requirements: An engineering degree supported by an MBA in the supply chain, materials management, and some experience either in supply chain or materials management Or An engineering degree and experience in administration of APO.
Information Technology / IT Support
Requirements: Requisite IT skills and SAP Modules exposure, backed up with academic achievements and real-life project experience.
Human Resource Management and Development, Administrative Services
Requirements: A post-graduate diploma in HR /Personnel Management with about 2 years experience to your credit.

Decorative Sales and Marketing –

You need to have a bachelor’s degree from any of the reputed universities and postgraduate qualifications in management with a specialization in marketing. You should have over 2 years’ experience in sales or marketing in consumer durables, lubricants, paints, or allied industries.

Industrial Sales and Marketing –

A science or an engineering graduate from any of the reputed universities and postgraduate degree in management with specialization in marketing can apply for this function. You should have over 2 years’ experience in industrial – B to B sales / technical services at Auto /Auto ancillaries or OEM companies.

Research & Development –

We continuously innovate on products, processes, technology, technical service, and support to our OEM and other customers. The Company develops new colours and shades. We have a well-equipped, world-class laboratory backed up by Japanese technology. We look for research-minded people with academic qualifications in paint technology, chemical engineering and related subjects with relevant experience.

Finance/ Accounts / Company Secretarial –

If you want to be considered for this function, you need to be a CA/CS or MBA in Finance with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Costing –

In addition to ICWA, if you have some experience in costing in the chemical process industry you will fit our requirement.

Manufacturing/ Central Engineering –

We have plants at Bawal, Jaipur, Chennai, Lote & Hosur. If you are a bachelor of Chemistry, Paints Technology, Chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or plant engineering, you can apply for the roles of Officers in production and engineering.

Supply Chain / Materials / APO / Purchase –

A good engineering degree supported by an MBA in the supply chain, materials management and experience either in supply chain or materials management would make you an ideal person for our requirement in this area. Engineering degree and experience in administration of APO would also fit in our requirement.

Information Technology / IT Support –

The initiatives through SAP ECC 6.0 upgrade have led to various opportunities for different SAP modules like SD, MM, PP, FSCM, GRC, EHS, Data warehousing, and Employee Portal (For knowledge management & workflows. You can look forward to joining us if you possess requisite IT skills, SAP Modules exposure backed up with academic achievements and real-live project experience.

Human Resource Management and Development, Administrative Services –

You can be considered for jobs based in a corporate office or any of the plants. You must have had a Postgraduate diploma in HR /Personnel Management with about 2 years’ experience to your credit.
