The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the results for classes 10 and 11 of the SSC board exam on the 17th of June at around 11 am. Students who participated in the exams for the board can view their results on their official site namely a result. nic. in may result. nic. in, hscresult.mkcl.org and hscmahresult.org.in.

The Minister of Education for Schools Varsha Gaikwad shared the announcement via her Twitter account. She expressed her gratitude to all students and added: “Amid pandemic conditions, these exams were administered responsible and efficiently by the board of the state. Students also demonstrated great dedication to study and were able to take the exam in offline mode. Students are eagerly waiting for the SSC results.”

The SSC or class 10 board exams took place from March 15 through April 4, 2022. The exam was conducted in two shifts. The first was scheduled between 10:45 am and 12:45 pm, while the second began at 3 pm and continued until 5:15 pm.

This year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) board exam was successfully held by MSBSHSE. All safety instructions and precautions were adhered to by the teachers and schools.

The board registered a 99.95 passing percentage. Out of the 9 divisions that were tested, the Konkan division’s passing rate was 100 percent. The board was unable to administer exams for SSC Class 10 exams because of Covid instances, and the scores for the students were calculated by using an alternative method of assessment.

A total of 15,75,806 students registered to take the 2021’s Maharashtra SSC board examination 2021 1574,994 students had passed the exam successfully and were promoted to the class of 11. The total percentage of passing reported by the board was 99.95 percent, where 9.09 lakh were males and 7.48 lakh girls. Boys scored better than girls.

In 2020, 83262 pupils had a score of above 90 percent and in Mumbai, the above 90% scores were scored by the 14756 students. In all, 1714 schools in Mumbai had 100% passing marks, whereas, in the year 2019, the number was 331 schools. It was reported that the BMC school students scored a record 93.25 percent of passing marks in all its schools. In total, 1337 BMC school pupils took the board exam, out of which 12716 took the exam with flying colors.
