HAL Eligibility Criteria

AGM/DGM (Civil): Candidates should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Technology in Civil Engineering from recognized Institutes or Universities. Candidate who posses AMIE in Civil Engineering can also apply. For AGM 18 years of work experience and for DGM 15 years of work experience required.

DGM (Marketing): Candidates should have completed BE or B.Tech or its equivalent in the Branches of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical & Production with Full Time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or MBA in Marketing to apply. Candidates who completed AMIE Course in related field or Serving Air Force Officer in the rank of Group Captain can also apply. 15 years of work experience in related field to apply.

Chief Manager (Legal): Bachelor of Law (5 years integrated Course) or Bachelor Degree with Bachelor of Law to apply. Applicant needed to have minimum 13 years of work experience in related field.

Human Resource Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree or PG Diploma or MBA or MSW or MA with specialization in Human Resources needed to apply for this post. Applicant should have minimum 3 years of work experience.

Legal Officer: Bachelor of Law (5 years integrated Course) or Bachelor Degree with Bachelor of Law to apply. Applicant needed to have minimum 2 years of work experience in related field.
