Apple unveiled the new Macbook Pro, Airpods 3 and the new M1 Pro and M1 Max processors in the October launch event. The new Macbook Pro has arrived in two sizes, 14 inch and 16 inch and they are powered by the fastest and the most powerful M1 Pro and M1 Max chipsets. The company has added HDMI and SD card ports to the device along with MagSafe charging support. The Cupertino tech giant launched the Airpods 3 with a revamped design similar to the Airpods Pro, alongside the new Macbook Pro.

The new Macbook Pro comes with two variants, the 14 inch variant is powered by the M1 Pro chipset while the 16 inch variant is powered by the M1 Max chipset. The M1 Pro and M1 Max chipset have 10 core CPU with 16 core and 32 core GPU respectively. The company has added HDMI, SD card ports and also the device comes without the touch bar that was provided in the previous generations of the Macbook Pro. It also includes a Magsafe Charging support.

Both the variants of Macbook Pro weigh 4.7 pounds and are 16.8 mm thick. The 16 inch variant features a Liquid Retina XDR 120 Hz refresh rate display with a resolution of 3456 x 2234 pixels whereas the 14 inch variant sports a Liquid Retina XDR 120 Hz refresh rate display with a resolution of 3024 x 1964 pixels. The display has 1000 nits of sustained brightness.

The newly launched devices include features such as ML-based noise reduction, ML-based face detection, Local tone mapping, Auto white balance, Auto exposure and Smart HDR. The device has Studio-quality mics, Six-speaker sound system and Spatial audio. The new Macbook Pro packs up to 64 GB RAM and up to 8 TB internal storage capacity. 

The 16 inch variant of the Apple Macbook Pro costs $2,499 which is roughly Rs 1,88,000 in Indian currency whereas the 14 inch variant costs $1,999 which is roughly Rs 1,50,400 in Indian Currency.
